MATH 190 / BUSN 190

Blackboard Site

Click here to go to Blackboard, where you can find course documents (syllabus, schedule), and your grades posted online. (Visit your account on the Biola Portal if you need to find your Username and Password. Look for the word "password" along the top menu bar and click on it.)

Submitting Textbook Homework Problems

You may do your work by hand in either pen or pencil. Just be sure it is legible. I prefer the homework problems done this way and not printed from a computer document. Show as much work as is necessary for each given problem. When calculations are expected, then the work should be shown. If unsure, please ask!

Turn in with the following information somewhere at the top of the first page:

First and Last name
Date and Chapter #

Submitting Excel Assignments

Save the excel document with a file name that includes the assignment number, your last name, and your section according to this format:

Chapter1_LastName_01(if you are in the 1:30 PM class) or
Chapter1_LastName_02 (if you're in the 3:00 PM class).

For example: Chapter1_Smith_01 or Chapter1_Jones_02, etc.

Send this file as an attachment to my email address: angela.j.loudon@biola.edu

**Note: if you have never used the "data analysis" aka statistical functions with your spreadsheet program, you may have to spend a few minutes to get it activated. Please read the instructions found under the Ch 1 Tech link for hints on how to do this.
